Lyrics

Moonchild

Whispers to the sky.
Dreams within a dream.
A long-lost lullaby,
the comfort and the shield.

Moonchild, daughter of the night,
bring forth the pain you hide.
Surrender to the fear,
just to disarm the hold. Let it disappear.
In your mind, you’re already grown.
You guard a life, you have to be strong,
to survive.

Moonchild, daughter of the night,
now you can bring forth
the smile and delight.

Samsara

Samsara Shanti...

Deep in the soil, waiting to grow.
A single seed, looking to feed of the past amends and heal. Become something real.
Start the next journey, towards a new dream.
Thus where the light ray lands, there lies, understands, a whole new creation,
eager to learn.

Reflections

Did you not hear when the dolphins cried?
Did you not hear the elegy of the woods?
Do you not see the enemy in your eyes?
In this end, the means are not justified.

What happens then when the blindfold falls?
When recklessness segues into concern?
What happens then when the tables start to turn?
What can you do, when it’s too late for remorse?

Tell me do you feel like we have won?
What did we gain? More than pain?
Tell me why we thought this could go on.
Without a cost? No lives lost?

A quake to shake the evil core.
A tidal wave to wash away the dirt.
Heavy ways for heavy heart's convert.
After the war, we shall no longer ignore.

Tales From The Woods

What's buried underneath this what we call reality?
More than the eye can see? I wonder.
What's kept behind the scenes?
Denied as myth by all the means.
For the fear, for the pride of men.

Where good and bad cease to collide,
where enemies walk side by side,
the river flows free and wild, leading the way,
joining together, the hunter and prey,
in a gathering of night and day.
Where the shadow and light entwine.

Let go the load of grief when you enter the woods.
Allow the sprites of trees to heal all your wounds.
Let the tears of sky purify your mind.
Behold the peace inside, when you open your eyes.

Where bitter and sweet fill one another,
strangers become a sister and a brother.
Hand in hand, sky and the land.
Hand in hand, roots and the branches.
In a gathering of night and day.
Where the shadow and light entwine.

Illusion

Tranquility.

When I awake,
you know I'm stargazing still.
Sound of rain on cobblestones
- illusion.
Scent of serene on forest leaves
- illusion
Embracing the fictive entities.
Until…

Caught up in temptation,
anticipation. Intoxication.
Illusion. Illusion.
Illusion of tranquil.

Unease I relive, I must keep going.
If you feel my breeze, you see me flowing.
Behind the veil, haste is to seize.
So run. So run. So run! Finish what hasn't begun.
So run. So run. Complete the circle undone.

In translucent it's useless to hide.
Camouflage was cast aside.

Echo

Under the shadow I,
find it so hard to try,
to retrieve the dream I once held.
Thunder and hollow mind,
accompany me as I lie,
in between the curse and the bliss.
As I miss,
the one thing worth of reckoning,
the one sin worth of echoing.

And I wanted to remain in the merry-go-round,
with my feet off the ground
And I wanted to remain in the merry-go-round.
Merry-go-round...

And I wanted to remain in the merry-go-round,
with my feet off the ground.
Just to see if I could find,
a way to unbind
the secrets buried inside.
When the night pulls me close,
I sense I should flee.
I feel I spin too deep.

A Needle

Wandering astray, I kept on walking.
Lurking in the shadows.
I stood on every door knocking.
Sneaking on my toes.
Peeking behind every window.
Looking for my chance.
Bouncing back and forth in limbo.
Ready to advance.

But I did not see
the forest from the trees.

All of the past seems erased.
I can feel it in the air,
how the wind has changed
to devotion from despair.
Now I see, I understand;
home is where you hold my hand.

Muse

Hover in the morning mist.
How could you, how could you resist?
You are so sorely missed.

Deep breaths.
Drift this way.

Don't fear me.
I am your muse. I am your air.
Just breathe me.
I am your sin. I am your prayer.
Release me.
I am your storm. I am your breeze.
Surrender me.
I am your mind. I am your peace.

Recognize the thirst inside.
Let it be your guide.

Scars In Your Wings

How you carried,
scars in your wings, the heavy dreams,
in joy and sorrow so it seems.
How you buried
the five-star sins of another and another.
Gratitude awaits to be discovered.
How you worried
behalf of both the child and the mother. Humaneness can be a grim lover.
Now you’re wearied,
no surprise, after all these years.
How many times did you break in tears?

Now hear me say, lay your head down to rest.
Now let me stay, lay your head on my chest.

Atlantis

The world as we knew it was coming to an end.
Swallowed by the ocean, smothered by the sea.
There was no shelter, no dry tree.
The city as we knew it, was bound to descend.

Down came the faceless marble,
along with the mighty pillars of pride.
All was washed away.
Harvest no longer fed by the rain,
but voracious kiss of the waves.
All was washed away.
Fate grew darker hour by hour,
as the stains of greed and power
were washed away.
Rise of the ego and the fall of the light
led us to decay.

The city as we knew it had to face the price to pay.
But the memory lives on, as it’s embraced yet today.

Time Has Come

The time has come,
to break free, leave behind
restrictions, addictions,
be unfettered, undefined.
The time has come,
to recognize,
the true fears and hopes,
to realize the unspoken lies,
the waisted tears - and shine.
Time to spread my wings wide and try.
Now I look, I listen, now I know.

The time is now to lose disguise.

Mirage

Painted on my mind,
with the colors of the night,
a landscape far behind.
It keeps a memory on hold.
Defines yestern for those
who chain themselves to old.
Who fear to touch the sky.

Painted on my mind,
with the colors of a rose,
a landscape most divine.
It seals a story never told.
Re-shapes tomorrow for those
who awakened from denial.
Who wish to touch the sky.

Humanity In Disguise

I watch as they rush by,
wearing the skins of each other.
Like a herd, as if they need one another
to reassure they exist.

Like a crippled butterfly,
cursed to an endless destination.
Receiving pity and admiration.
Hand rises not to assist.

Just Begun

The night is closing in and I don’t see you.
I don’t know where to begin to look this time.
Clock ticking, like sticking needles in my skin.
And as the hours pass I know what’s left to do.

I’ll let the rain wash away the stains.
I’m not gonna stay.
I’m not gonna stay another day.
I’ll take my chance and break the chains.
And by the time I’m done, I know my path has just begun.

New World

You see smiles of the long-lost and reunited.
You see tears of parting ways and fear
of loneliness for the ones
left standing on the pier.
Wind blowing, last autumn leaves falling
on the grey stone.

People crawling deeper into hibernation.
Seeking shelter and consolation.
It's time to say goodbye and untie the bonds.

Step into the train, let it carry you away,
to a new world, to a new world.
See the landscapes flashing by.
Don't you cry, this is the new world.
Let it be today when you reach out and brave
the new world, the new world.
Let the snow veil your trail.
Head up high, this is the new world.

How you went through all the weird and different places.
How you met and forgot all those unknown faces.
How you felt between the promises and empty embraces.
Now all is forgiven, all is forsaken.

Endless Chase

I'm about to break me.
I'm about to break me.
For I can't seem to get
what it takes to regret
and trace back my steps.

I'm about to break me.
I'm about to break me.
One cuts just to bleed,
result guaranteed,
last call, place your bets.

Cold cage of glass. The prison, the reward.
As the moments pass, not a single breeze
that could reach me, to make it feel
like any of this is meant to be real.
So fake, now that I could take what I adored.

How could I be both the queen and the slave?
What you gave, was a cast to fill.
Queen of the shades?
I'd need a jar of pills to play your charades.
And the stream flows strong, reflection fades.
I lose myself in the midnight haze.
All things gone wrong, I can't erase.
I don't belong. It's an endless chase.

When I need to get out, out of the spin,
when I can't find remedies.
When I scream and shout, the line is so thin
between friends and enemies.
